Come Boldly

March 11, 2020

“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need” Hebrews 4:16, NKJV.

We have been made a new man in Christ, old things are passed away. Behold. Understand. Comprehend and receive the truth, no matter who you use to be, that all things are become new.

Sometimes we pray with our eyes on our situation, but not God. We pray with eyes on our mistakes or weakness, rather than on Jesus. We pray in hiding, instead of praying with openness to God, Who actually knows already where we are. Come before Him in light of the new man instead of the old one. Don’t go before your Father in fear, come before Him in faith. He even invites you to come boldly, not condemned or ashamed, to Your Father Who’s mercies are new each morning.

Come just as if you are His son because you are. Come boldly, qualified, worthy and with your head up. You have Jesus now. You have power now. You’ve been forgiven now.

Prayer: Thank You Lord for this insight to help me change how I come to You. I come to You boldly Father. Through Jesus, I ask for whatever I need. I give to You all of my fears and concerns, and I receive Your peace. I receive the righteousness that I have in Christ. I receive the victory that I have in Christ. Help me to always come to You not ashamed, but boldly. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
