Be encouraged, someone’s praying for you.

March 29, 2019

“Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much” James 5:16, NKJV.

When someone says I’m praying for you, I don’t take it lightly. It tells me someone really cares about what I’m going through. Someone is taking time in their lives, time they could be praying about anything in the world, yet they are asking God on my behalf to do something in my life.

When someone tells you they’re praying for you, it will encourage you. They may not have even prayed yet, but just the knowledge of someone going to God for you, will lift up your head.

As a man, sometimes we can feel like so much is on our shoulders. You can feel like you’ve gone around in circles and you need some solid direction for your life. You could be believing God for healing or experiencing some struggles, yet know that someone is praying for you.

We are praying for your healing. We are praying for the perfect will of God to be done in your life, and that you grow in the knowledge of Him. We are praying that you experience His goodness and grace. We are praying that you walk in what He has called you to do. We ask of Him that you receive the specific direction you’re looking for. We are praying that you walk in power and authority. We are praying that all your needs are richly met. We’re asking God on your behalf to help you, and He always answers our prayers.

Prayer: Father, thank You that someone is praying for me and standing with me. I’m encouraged. I need it Lord. I ask that you answer the prayers of the same people that are giving of themselves to pray for me. I thank You for the power of prayer, and according to Your Word, You will answer. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
