Ask Him to bless your year

“This is what I want you to do: Ask the Father for whatever is in keeping with the things I’ve revealed to you. Ask in my name, according to my will, and he’ll most certainly give it to you. Your joy will be a river overflowing its banks!” John 16:24, MSG

Everything you want to be done. Everything you want to see. All that you perceive is waiting for you. All that God wants to accomplish in you and through you. All of the growth you want to see in your life this year, lift it up before God.

Lift this year up to the Father! Give it to Him. All of His perfect will. All of the advancing of His kingdom He wants you to do. All of your desires, all of your dreams, all of the changes you want to see happen. Your family, your friends, your son in jail, your daughter that’s living contrary to God, with lifted hands, lift it all up to the Lord! Let Him have His way. Put it in His hands for Him to do it, not your own. Let God do with this year what only He can do. Surrender more and let Him have control, doing what He knows is best for your life this year.

He knows what you need. Ask Him to bless your year!

Prayer: Father, I lift this year up to You. I lift it up to You and ask You to bless it. Do great things in me! Make me a great light and a great blessing. Use me continually. Your abundant will be done in me. I give this year to You! I thank You my joy will overflow like a river above its’ banks! Help me to flow with Your Spirit and I thank You for a blessed year. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
