“Now the Lord had said to Abram: Get out of your country, from your family and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you” Genesis 2:1, NKJV.
Are you ready to soar? When was the last time you did? When was the last time you just said I’ve got nothing to lose? When was the last time you let it all go for God? Some teams put it all on the line in sports and win.
Sometimes, you will get to those points in your Christian walk where that’s what the Lord will tell you to do. As a matter of truth, He will sometimes close all options, all doors, and the only thing you will be able to do IS what He’s dealing with you about, and then you will have to trust Him completely.
He helps us and causes us to be unsettled, being and doing anything else except what He said. He even is so good that He deals with doubts, our past mistakes, and failures that keep us from obeying Him. Yet, God patches us up, heals our wounds, encourages us, and then starts pulling on our hearts and saying you’re ready now.
You may not have been ready then, but you’re ready now. You’ve prayed for His will to be done in your life, and now His Spirit is tugging on your heart about something you’re going to have to rely on God to do. He’s tugging on your heart to lose everything for Christ. Whatever He is telling you to do, it’s going to work, it’s going to prosper, you’re going to save lives, and you’re going to win because the LORD is with you!
My brother, you can soar. You’re ready now.
Prayer: Father, I yield to you and Your will for me right now. I’m ready now. I’m ready to take the leap. I ask for courage, and I let go of any doubts. Every other door has closed anyway, and I won’t be fulfilled anywhere else except His will for my life. I let go and will totally trust You. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
