“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well” Psalm 139:14, NKJV.

“You are awesome!” I tell my kids this all the time, especially before they go off to school in the morning. They are about to have to relate to other kids, and be challenged and stretched by their teachers. It is good for them to hear from their dad that they are awesome.

Your heavenly Father wants you to know that you are awesome. If your earthly father never told you, if no one ever tells you, your heavenly Father is telling you now. You are fearfully and wonderfully made by God. You are made in His image and likeness. You are made and equipped with everything you need to walk victorious. You are God’s workmanship, and a man ordained for good works. Jesus, the greater One, lives in you and He is on your side. You are capable of doing great things. Know that you are awesome today!

Prayer: Thank You Father for telling me what I need to hear. Yes I am a man, but I need to hear it and know too. If You say I am awesome, then I am. If You say I can do it through Christ, then I can. If You say I can live right, then I can. I am an awesome man. Help me to always see myself as You do. Thank You Father for encouraging me today. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
