“But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you-from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted” 1 Peter 2:9, MSG.

Has anyone ever told you who you are? At this moment in your life right now, God wants you to know who you are. You have made in His mighty image and likeness. You are a royal priesthood and king in a crooked and perverse generation. No matter what you’ve done, You are His son. You are blessed by God Himself! You are equipped with the mind of Christ. You’ve been made free from sin and the enemy through Him. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. You are a light. You have a purpose and you have God’s grace to fulfill that purpose. You are above only and not beneath. You are the lender and not the borrower, no matter your current state. You may be bending right now, but you won’t break.

You are more than a conqueror in Christ Jesus. You can do all things through Christ which strengthens you. You can’t be held down or held back. You have the joy of the Lord. Be a lion towards what God has for you and go get what He said is your destiny.

Tell yourself who you are in Christ according to His word. You are who He says you are and you can do what God says you can do!

Prayer: Father, thank You that You define me. You give me purpose and destiny. I reject any harmful words that have been spoken over me in my life and I choose to believe in You God and believe in myself as a man. Every time I speak Your Word over me, I choose by faith to receive it. I am who You say I am and I can do what You say I can do. Hallelujah! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
