Don’t let the vision remain in you. Give birth to it.

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry” Habakkuk‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬.

If a baby is ready to be birthed but stays in the womb, it can’t continue to live. What once was the best place to be isn’t any longer. As good as the womb is, it’s only for a season, just like the vision of God in you. It only is to remain in you for a season, and if you don’t allow God to bring it forth, you won’t see it live.

The vision God gave you is so real to you and has been for a long time. You see it so clearly inside, but brother, it can’t stay there. Some of us men are at a point where the Lord says to prepare. Yet, others have already been preparing, and now it’s time to step out. You may think you need more time, but God says no, you are ready. The time is now. You have what you need, and there are some things He will give you as you go with each step you take.

The most difficult time of birthing is in the labor room at the end, but at the same time, it is, without question, the most rewarding. Don’t let your vision remain in you. Give birth to it.

Prayer: Father, it’s time to birth the vision you put in me. You have confirmed it’s time! Help me, Lord, to bring forth what You have called me to do for You. Give me the courage and focus to step out and see that what’s in me is worth it. I won’t let it die. I make a decision to give birth to it. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen.

Study: Joshua 1:8, Habakkuk 2:2-3, Luke 5:4, Matthew 14:29, Philippians 4:13

  1. Good morning Father G, God all by Yourself! Thank You for the Vision that You gave me, for it is about to blossom! I love You Heavenly Father! I pray in Jesus name, Amen!

  2. I just want to say Thank you Pastor Trippett for starting back this Men’s devotional and allowing God to work through you.
I know the SOTK Devotionals had stopped for a while, I am a Mother of a son and a sister to a brother, and a Mother-n-Law to my daughters husband, and was sending them to them now and then when I felt led to. So when they stopped I was really concerned and wrote on the app site and the DOTK Facebook too. I’m grateful that SOTK is back???????????????????????? Hallelujah???????? Praise God ????????????????????????????????????????????????
