Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!

“Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭107:2‬ ‭NKJV‬.

Redeemed in Hebrew means to be next of kin, as in to buy back a relative’s property. Let the redeemed of the Lord say that you’ve been bought back by the precious sacrifice of Jesus Christ. When you say you’re redeemed, it reminds you of who you are, what you have a right to, and who you belong to. You were far away like a prodigal son, but the Father brought you back home. No matter what you go through, He has given you a blessing of victory for your life and a home for your soul, a place of rest in Him.

You are no longer in the hand of the enemy but the mighty hand of God. You are no longer the enemy’s property, but you are God’s son, and whom the Son has set free is free indeed. You can expect always to receive everything that pertains to an abundant life, every promise, and every provision that comes with your mighty redemption. So let the redeemed of the Lord say so!

Prayer: Father, thank You for what Jesus has done for me. I am redeemed, and I say so! Right now I say so! I speak according to what You say, not how I feel or see. Help me to line up my mouth with your mighty word. I am a son of God. I am blessed, and I belong to You. I thank You. I am free, and I am redeemed! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
