“Many plans are in a man’s mind, but it is the Lord’s purpose for him that will stand (be carried out).” Proverbs 19:21, Amplified.

In movies, I have seen characters get cornered in an alley. They have run as far as they can go, and then it is time to surrender. For some of us, the same thing has happened with our own plans. It is humbling, but they have come as far as the Lord will allow you to go with them. Now, your plans are cornered, and the conclusion is very apparent. It’s time to let God be in the driver’s seat and surrender your plans to Him. It’s time to let the will of the Lord stand.

Letting go and submitting to His will for your life can be the hardest decision sometimes, but know that all of your dreams will come true within His plan for you.

Confession: I surrender my life to You. I surrender my plans to You. I choose to let God be God. I will do what You want me to do. I will follow His plan for me. I will not fear. He knows what He is doing and I choose to trust Him.
