“Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?” Romans 2:4, NKJV.

As I woke up one morning, I looked at all God has done and is doing in my life, and I couldn’t help but realize that God has been good to me, even when I didn’t deserve it. He’s been so good that He’s breaking me down. It is bringing me to a point of change, to a point of yes, where I can’t help but go ahead and do what He’s telling me to do.

I believe He is doing the same in your life. His goodness, even in the times you were the least deserving of it, He’s been good even more. Through your ups and downs, He keeps blessing you. Allow the goodness and love of God to break you down as a man. Let it cause you to say let me go ahead and do what He wants me to do. Let it bring you joy, peace, and assurance that everything will be alright in your life. Let it bring you to a place of repentance, to a point of yes to His will and yes to who He says you are.

Prayer: Father, I praise you and I thank you for being so good to me, even beyond what I deserve. Through even my ups and downs, You continue to bless me. Your love, grace, and mercy pour out in my life. Help me to allow you goodness to break me down, and may it bring me to a great point of change. I say yes to You. I say yes to who you say I am. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
