Sometimes your good can hinder your great. You did a lot in the past, you conquered many mountains, you accomplished much in God. Yet, you can’t allow the glory of the past to hold your best days. You are still here; therefore, God has more in store for you. More for you to see. He has more mountains to climb. He has more of the kingdom for you to advance. Those moments were great and should never be forgotten. Yet, you have new days for new moments in Him.
Go on into the new moments He has for you.
Prayer: Father, thank You for your word. I ask that You help me to let go of the good in my past, and embrace the great things before me. Let me not limit You to my old glory days. Be glorified this year. Help me go on into the new moments you have waiting for me. Help me to trust You every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
