“For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward those who fear Him” Psalm 103:11, NKJV.
I don’t know what may be going on in your life, but as you wake up and begin your day when you go outside take a moment and look down at the ground. Then, look at the sky. Now consider the heavens that are billions of light-years higher than the earth. That is how great the mercy of God is toward those who reverence and serve Him.
Try to wrap your mind around it; you won’t be able to. We are all left in awe. You can’t fathom how much God loves you. No matter what you’ve done, or may do, it won’t ever exceed the lovingkindness, goodness, and favor of God.
What a God to love us like this. Surely there is good in this life for you, and surely He has a plan for you. Surely He’s going to fix it for you. The Father’s desire is that you live each day with joy and free with a mighty trust in Him and in the finished work of Christ.
Prayer: Father, thank You for Your great love toward me. I can’t fathom it. Help me to believe and receive that You’ve forgiven me of every sin. I’m truly without blemish before You. Thank You, Jesus, for giving your life for me. I receive your joy and peace today. I can live free. I can live for You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
