He Sees Your Labor of Love

December 30, 2019

“For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister” Hebrews 6:10, NKJV.

I have worked for a staffing company before, and even though I worked at an entirely different location, the staffing agency was the one that took care of me. When I did something great on the job, although the staffing agency wasn’t physically there, somehow, they would always find out and would reward me for it.

Likewise, though we live on this earth, we serve God and are citizens of His kingdom, not this world. Our blessings come from the Lord. He sees you in His word to know Christ more. He sees when you prayed and fasted. He sees you hold your tongue, forbearing others, and love your enemies. He sees when you didn’t feel like going to church and serving, you went anyway.

Love appears like you receive the least, but in fact, it yields the greatest fruit in your life. The Father is pleased when we represent Christ, and it is pleasing in His sight. Don’t become weary in well-doing because you will reap if you don’t faint. When no one knew, you will find somehow that He saw all your work of faith and love, and He’s going to reward you for it.

Prayer: Father, thank You for Your word. It can get challenging sometimes, but I will continue my work of faith. You see all of my labor of love, Father, and may it be pleasing in Your sight. I do it for You, and I will worship You. Renew my strength and help me to continue to serve You with gladness. You are the One that sees me, blesses me, and rewards me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
