Volume 2

Let that sink in.

January 17, 2026

“Salvation belongs to the Lord. Your blessing is upon Your people. Selah” Psalm 3:8

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success” Joshua 1:8-9, NKJV.

When in scripture God says “Selah”, it means to pause for a moment. Think on it. Let that sink in. Give His word time to move from head knowledge to heart knowledge, from information into revelation, from something that you think about to something that you’re living out.

Hear the Holy Spirit, because He could very well be wanting you not to move so fast when you read a scripture to minister to you, to speak to you, to give you exactly what you need in what you’re going through, to transform you. Here a little. There a little. Line upon line. Precept upon precept we grow in God (Isaiah 28:10). Whether you see Selah or not, if the Holy Spirit stops you at a word or one scripture today, and says let that sink in, then so be it. Meditate on it because He has something to reveal to you from it. His word is like a hammer and will break every rock in our lives. God wants every single word He’s spoken to sink in and change your life.

Prayer: Father, I give You all the praise. You are good, and there’s none like You! Thank You for Your wisdom in pausing and letting Your word sink in. Help me give You room to speak to me. I’m going to slow down today, and meditate on a scripture or even just a few words that You’ve spoken. Use it and change me. Use it and turn information into a transformation in my life. Here a little and there a little. continue to conform me into the image of Your dear Son. Bring good success in my life. Thank you, Lord, for it. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen!
