Stand strong, my brother. He’s able!

“And being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform” Romans 4:21, NKJV.

When we hear that a God is able, we sometimes look at ourselves and our ability. We can find ourselves predetermining the outcome based on what we see rather than what God says.

You can’t see Him, yet God proclaims His ability in His word. He not only speaks to you His promises, but He is able to perform them all! He is able to change you. He’s able to move the mountain! He can turn your finances around! He is able to get you through the hard times. Take your eyes off the situation and look to Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith. As you look upon Jesus, He will remind you that He’s able.

Prayer: Father, I praise You today. Thank You for your great love for me. You are able! Move in my life in a mighty way. Help me not to look at what I can do, but what You can. I take my eyes off my situation and look to Jesus, the author and finisher of my faith! You are able. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
