“Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge]” John 14:27, Amplified.
Jesus has given His peace to you. No matter your conflict, no matter your fight, His peace He left with you, and He gave it to you, knowing you would need it right now. Don’t approach walking in His peace as the world does. Jesus doesn’t want you to put Him in the same category with it. The world gives an imperfect peace that you can’t depend on and expects something in return, it is conditional and runs out. His peace is given freely, it is available at all times and it will never run out. Even if you caused the trouble, He has still given you His peace and wants you to walk in it.
His peace is perfect. His peace isn’t dependent upon what you do, possess, or your situation. The peace that Jesus gives is strong, lasting, and sure. This peace will keep your heart and mind, as the anchor of a ship that holds you firm, even during a storm.
Be troubled and afraid no more. Jesus has given you His peace.
Prayer: Father, I give You praise today. Thank You for the peace found in You Jesus. The peace found in Your word. No matter what I am facing in life, I engage Your peace right now. I will not live troubled, fearful, or without hope. Anchor me in Your peace. Calm me with Your peace. I say I already have the victory. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
