“But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive” Genesis 50:20, NKJV.

Joseph did nothing wrong but still ended up being wronged, and at first, he didn’t know why. He undeservedly went through a lot, and I’m sure as he continued serving God, he still wondered why God allowed it. Yet, at the appointed time, blessing was birthed from it. Healing was birthed from it. His family was saved. He found out that a sovereign God had a great and higher purpose being accomplished in his life.

You’ve been through a lot, even what some people won’t ever know, but what was meant for evil against you, God will mean it for good and bring to pass His purpose and plans for you. Like Joesph, one day you’ll see. You’ll see why you went through it, why you are going through it right now. The Lord will use it all, the good and the bad, to bring about great things, to bring about your destiny. 

Prayer: Father, I give you praise. I’m encouraged today. What the enemy meant for evil, you will mean it for good. This is your promise to us. You are a good and faithful God. Through it all, you will bring to pass great blessing and destiny. Help me to be a light and keep trusting you. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
