“See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him” 1 John 3:1, ESV.

I’m sure you love your kids, and the Lord does too. You will continue to see His goodness in your life because He’s a good Father. Your very own calling and purpose the Lord Himself will help you fulfill because He’s a good Father. You will get the wisdom you need when you need it. He will provide what you need when you need it because He’s a good Father.

He chastises you out of love. He’s working on you with grace. Favor is all around you and the Lord is defending you at every turn. Like falling off your bike, if it seems like you fell off course, you fell in life, you made some bad decisions as a man, the Father is picking you up. He’ll help you to get back up. He’s speaking to you about who He is, receive it. He’s speaking to you about who you are, receive it.

As you begin your day, may your stance be one of praise and of faith. He’s a good Father.

Prayer: Father, I thank you for being good to me. There’s nothing you won’t do for me. You will do what you said you will do in my life. Help me take a stance of praise and faith in who you are today. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
