Gifts don’t make Christmas. A tree doesn’t make Christmas. Christ makes Christmas. Jesus is truly the reason for the season. If you help your family focus on Christ, if you decide to be thankful for who you have and what you do have, you will find this special day never loses its’ power. It never loses its’ gladness and joy, and the Spirit ready to give you an outpour of peace. Receive it today. God is an awesome God, and He will make sure you and your family still have a wonderful Christmas!

Prayer: Father, I praise you for the greatest gift of Jesus. Christ makes Christmas. I will not be depressed, but full of joy. There are things that I wanted, but I thank You for giving my family and me what we need. Help me slow down today and take in the season. I thank you for who I have and what I have. Use me to help my kids and my family enjoy Christmas. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
