“He has made everything beautiful in its time…I know that nothing is better for them than to rejoice, and to do good in their lives, and also that every man should eat and drink and enjoy the good of all his labor—it is the gift of God” Ecclesiastes 3:11-13, NKJV.

One thing about life. It is better lived with balance. A balanced life is a healthy life. The Lord has given richly all things to enjoy. Therefore, enjoy Him, and at the same time, enjoy the life that He has so graciously given you.

When He’s the center of your family, your marriage, and most of your life, `you will find Him involved in your balance. The Lord is present, right there with you. He’ll help you manage whatever He puts in your hands. He will direct you to pray and study, and He will also tell you to take your wife out on a date. Have some fun. Be blessed–and be a blessing. There’s a time to work, and there will surely be a time to rest. When the Father created the earth, he did both. He’ll help you do the same.

Prayer: Lord, thank you for being right here with me. You are a very present Father. Help me manage all you’ve put in my hands, and flow with your Holy Spirit today. Help me learn how to work and rest. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
