Have you ever been moving forward in God, then suddenly, things begin to happen out of nowhere, negative thoughts come, and before you realize it, you have stopped your pursuit? You have pumped the brakes, and your attention is elsewhere. It even affected your peace.
Many times, those very things have been sent by the enemy to distract you and keep you from pressing into the will of God in your life.
Don’t allow them to. Keep your mind on the Waymaker and the prize of your high calling. Focus on the steps He leads you to make and what you know to do. You may not know everything, yet move forward in what you do know and keep praying regarding your circumstance. There’s life in your movement. You may be experiencing a financial challenge, you may need an answer, but keep moving, trusting God. Keep your eyes on Jesus and on your press.
My brother, no matter what, let nothing stop you.
Prayer: Thank you, Father, for encouraging me. You got me. I see the distractions that are sent to stop me. The devil is trying to hinder me. I stand in my authority over him and bind him in Jesus’ name. Help me to maneuver around it all and keep my eyes on you, Jesus, and your will for me. I will walk in might, great joy, and peace. I put my attention on your word and am moving forward in you. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
