“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you” Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJV.
Just as Joshua was called to lead, we are called to lead. God has placed people in your life to tend to. He has entrusted you people to build, disciple, and lead them into His Kingdom. Jesus is our guide, our forever help and comfort. Just as He called Joshua to be strong and courageous, He is calling you to be strong and courageous too. Do not be afraid. Do not fear this world or your circumstances! Have faith and trust Him. Your God is with you! He was with Joshua, and so He is with you now.
Lead your family. Lead your friends, co-workers, and your neighbor. It is time to push those fears aside and be the leader God has called you to be.
Prayer: Father, thank you for reminding me that you have a plan and a purpose for me and all your people. Thank you, Lord, for calling me out of my fears and instructing me to lead. Thank you for the strength to speak out. Help me lead those you have placed in my care. Time is short, and there’s no time to waste. Help me be the leader you’ve called me to be. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
