“So those who planted their crops in despair will shout “Yes!” at the harvest, So those who went off with heavy hearts will come home laughing, with armloads of blessing” Psalm 126:5-6, Message Bible.
I’ve waited times in my life for God to bless me. My waiting involved remaining faithful and diligent, overcoming trials and turbulence. Yet, I’m glad I endured because the blessing was much sweeter.
Count it all joy in your trial. Something great is coming just for you. The greater the trial of your faith, the greater the blessing will be. Keep waiting on Him only. Remain steadfast and immovable, and praise Him as you obey Him. With all you’ve endured, the blessing is going to be that much sweeter.
Prayer: Father, thank you for encouraging me when I need it the most. Sometimes, it gets tough, but I will continue to trust and wait on you. You said you’re going to bless me, and you will. Help me to remain steadfast and immovable, and praise you as I let your Spirit lead me and obey you. It will be right on time! With all I’ve endured, it’s going to make the blessing more valuable, more meaningful, more sweeter. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
