“This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it” Psalm 118:24, NKJV.

My brother, this is the day that the Lord has made. Rejoice and be glad in it. If God made it for you, it’s good! He has never made anything the same, including today. You’ve never had one like it, and you won’t ever have another one like it again. It is one of a kind.

I challenge you to see each day as valuable, treasure-filled, full of mercy, full of opportunity, full of learning, and victory. God has caused you to open your eyes, which lets you know He has a plan and a purpose for you. As soon as your feet touch the floor, rejoice in God and be glad that He’s blessed you to see a new day!

The more thankful you are to see another day, the more value you will see in living it. You will see destiny in each day of your life, and will make it count. Regardless of what you are going through, choose to have an expectation of God. He made this day, and He will be good to you and through you. Be determined to rejoice, live, and own your new day in God.

Prayer: Father, thank you, Lord, for a new day of life. I will rejoice and be glad in it! I receive Your joy, and I thank You for waking up. You have blessed me! I’m expecting great things within this day You’ve made. Lead me and guide me. Help me to own my new day and make it count for your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
