He’ll never take it away.

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren” Romans 8:28-29, NKJV.

When I look back on my life, I can think of plenty of reasons I gave God to walk away. If He decided not to rescue me, I would know why. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve been disobedient, fearful, and faithless. Yet, I’ve come to find mercy every morning at my doorstep. Grace undeserved, and a mighty calling secure. I’ve come to find out for myself that the love of the Father and what He’s said in His word, He’ll never take it away. What we have in Christ Jesus, He’ll never take away.

No matter what you’ve done, because of Jesus, you are forgiven. His calling on your life He won’t take away. His plans and promises for your life He won’t take away. Your name is written in the Lamb’s book of life, and just as a natural son, that’s who you are to the Father. You could have made a huge mistake, and now you’re in prison, but He hasn’t taken away His plan for you. He’s right there with you, still at work in your life, still watching over you to miraculously bless you there. He won’t ever change. The Father will never give your victory away, overpowering what the devil meant for evil and turning it around for your exceeding good for those that love Him!

If you don’t know Jesus, this is why God gave His son. He so loved the world. He so loved you, and He’ll never take it away.

Prayer: Father, thank you. All I can say is thank you. You never change. You won’t take away your love, your promises, and the eternal life you’ve given me through your Son. I receive this today. Allow joy and freedom to reign, knowing that you are always for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
