Don’t be moved, keep seeking the kingdom first.

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” Matthew 6:33, NKJV.

There’s so much happening in these times and everything you see around you says let go of seeking after God’s kingdom and His righteousness–first. Don’t be subtly deceived. Don’t be moved. God’s word and His ways have not changed. What God said He will do has not changed. Seek His kingdom and His righteousness first, and no matter what is happening in the world, He will add the very things to you that the devil wants you to put ahead of God.

Fulfillment will follow your ministry. Money follows ministry–your service. It isn’t the other way around. Continue to seek to establish God’s reign and His righteousness, His way of doing things in every area to shape your life. Keep seeking first to make God-directed decisions and impact lives in any way you can in this season of your life. He will never fail to abundantly take care of you.

Prayer: Father, thank You for Your Word. Forgive me if I have been improperly seeking first the things You said You would add to me. I desire to be a man full of joy, at peace, and fulfilled. I’m seeking Your kingdom and Your righteousness first, trusting You will handle the rest. Show me how to advance Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
