“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Philippians 4:13, NKJV.
I was talking to a friend of mine who told me how he started his photography business. He had been doing photography here and there for 10 years. Yet, for some reason at that moment in their lives, his wife told him she thought he should start a photography business. Then, she said I believe in you. He said that’s all he needed to hear. He launched out and just in a few months, God blessed him greatly.
You may have something on your heart that you’ve been wondering can you really do. You may be asking yourself can you become the man God wants you to become. If you’ve never heard anyone tell you that they believe in you, God says He believes in you.
He gave you Jesus. He gave you the gift, He gave you the idea and He has given you all that you need. You may not know every step but take the first step that you know. It may very well be the very turning point of your life, and most of all, the turning point of your faith.
At this very moment, more than your wife, friend, or even your pastor, the Father believes in you. You can do all things through Jesus Christ Who strengthens you. Let that be all that you need to hear.
Prayer: Father, I praise You and I thank You, Jesus, for all You’ve done. I believe in You and it’s great to know that You also believe in me. With You Jesus, I can do anything. I can get through anything. Help me to receive it and walk by faith in everything You’ve called me to. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Study: Ephesians 2:10

Thank you for your reply and direction, However Ephesians 2:10 talks about the work that Jesus produces in the heart of the believer. “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” and not about any goodness that is in the believer. Left to ourselves we would soon stray off the reservation and do things that do not magnify His glory. He trust (believes) in the work He produces in us. In John 15 Jesus told His apostles that He is the vine and they are the branches, that without Him they could and would do nothing. All honor and glory thus belongs to the Lord no the Believer. Ephesians 2:10 says that we are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works. He has done this not because He believes in us but because of what He has accomplished in us. All glory goes to God not to us. Jesus told the apostles that He was/is the vine they we are the branches. He said that they could do nothing good of themselves. So it is with us, it is not so much that He believes in us but that He believes in what He has, does, and will accomplish in and through us.
