Let Him Use You

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” Matthew 5:16, NKJV.

“Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us” Romans 5:5, NKJV.

When a car needs oil, the most effective way to get that oil into that car is by way of a funnel. You are a funnel of God. You are a funnel of His love, His wisdom, and light. You are a funnel to be used to break down the hardest of hearts, shatter the ceiling of fear and free others to go higher in God.
The Holy Spirit says let Me flow through you. There is much repair to do and change lives, but we have to let Him use us. The love of God has been shed abroad in our hearts by His Spirit, and God’s desire is that you yield and let Him pour it out all around you. Like a running faucet, be willing to let Him use you everywhere you go, in every way.

Prayer: Father, You can use me today. Help me to yield and allow Your love to flow through me to others, to bring joy in someone life’s today. People have secret needs of healing, repairs in their lives, and a building of faith. People need You today. Help me to make it easy and just listen to You Holy Spirit. Pour, encourage, and save others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Let Him Use You

“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him…” 2 Chronicles 16:9, KJV.

We went to the hospital to share Jesus and God’s love the sick. At first we visited and prayed for someone we knew to be healed from cancer. God’s presence and peace filled the room, and she very touched by our company. Afterwards, we went to some rooms nearby and offered prayer. One lady wasn’t talking well, but we prayed for her healing, cast out spirits and her relative said she is talking better, and could now understand what she is saying.

As we got in a packed elevator to leave, a family asked if we could pray for their relative. No one knew anybody, but we all, black and white, stepped out of the elevator, joined hands, powerfully prayed and we hugged each other. Then, moments later, two more people stopped us and asked for prayer. We thanked God for sharing His love and for moving in a mighty way.

God wants to move in the earth, and He is simply looking for a willing vessel, a willing heart, to show Himself strong through. Wherever you show up at, whether hospital, jail, at the mall, or even just on your phone, you carry Him with you. His love, His joy, His peace, His healing is in you. If you will show up, show up, He will show out! If you yield in those moments and let Him use you when He tells you to, you will see great and mighty things!

Prayer: Father, people are hurting and in need Jesus in these times. Help me to be a man that’s about Your kingdom. I will not be walk in fear, but love. Wherever I am, whoever I talk to today, help me to let You use me when You tell me to. If I will just show up, You will do great things! In Jesus’ name, Amen.
