“But you, be strong and do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded!” And when Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and removed the abominable idols from all the land of Judah…” 2 Chronicles 15:7-8, NKJV.

The prophet Azariah came and prophesied to king Asa at the right moment to encourage him to continue to do what God was telling him to do as king of Judah.

At the right moment, God will bring the right person at the right time to prophecy to you exactly what you needed. In your life, the Lord has brought someone across your path to that spoke great things by the Spirit of God to you that only the Lord could have known. You received it then, and you should receive it now. Just as with Asa, God spoke it to you to give you great encouragement then, and to give you great encouragement right now. Think back on it and remember what He spoke to you.

Don’t let go of it.

Be strong and do not be weak with it, because your work will be rewarded and great things will come to pass for you. Walk with courage in what He prophesied over you!

Prayer: Father, I praise You. Man I needed that. I remember that prophecy spoken over me. I remember it all. Thank You for encouraging me and I will take courage and walk in it. I will do what You have called me to do! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
