Just like words from a good friend, God has something good to say to encourage and revitalize you. He wants to speak directly to your heart to refresh and transform you.

Welcome His word in today. Let His word in to shape you. Let the word teach you. Let it light your path and show you the way. Let it instruct you. Let it uproot that desire for sin. Let it calm you down. Let it lift you up. Let it remind you of the victory you have in Christ.

It’s the word that will do the work in you and change you. It is full of power and life. It can save and prosper your soul. There is something in His word to help you stand and trust God right in the midst of what you’re going through. It will give you perspective and peace.

Go and gather with God’s people, my brother. Sit down, open your Bible, and welcome His word into your life today.

Prayer: Father, I give You praise. Jesus, You are the Word that became flesh and dwelt with us. With so many things going on, nothing is more important than receiving from You through Your word. Help me to humble myself and obey Your word. I need to hear today regarding what I am facing. Your words are the words of life. I thank You for the joy, strength, direction, and victory that is found in Your word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
