A faithful man will abound in blessings.

“A faithful man will abound with blessings, but he who hastens to be rich will not go unpunished” Proverbs 28:20.

“His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord” Matthew 25:21.

To the man who has, more will be given. God operates by laws and principles. He watches and values stewardship and faithfulness. If you are taking care of what He has already given you. If you are obeying the Holy Spirit’s leading about what He has put in your hands, your gifts, your talents. If you’re being faithful with what you have, then God will give you more. If you are faithfully choosing to sit at His feet for more, He will give you more. If you are seeking the kingdom first, God will add more to you to seek the kingdom with.

God is going to bring more to you in this season, but consider where you are right now as a proving time of your faithfulness. It is a critical time for your faithfulness. Faithful to keep Him as number one in your life. Faithful to steward your money. Faithful with the gifts and talents He has given you. We can be our own delay. The Father has more blessings waiting for you and your family. Obedience will bring blessings, but faithfulness is what keeps them and brings more…and more…and more of them. You will abound in blessings because God has watched you and deems you trustworthy to handle them. Most of all, the Father honors that you’ve been faithful to Him.

Prayer. Father, I give You praise. Thank You for providing great wisdom today. Open my eyes to how You are watching over my stewardship and faithfulness. Your will is that I abound in blessings. More blessings are waiting for my family and me. Forgive me if I haven’t been a good steward over what You’ve given me. As I go forward, teach me, correct me, prove me, Holy Spirit, about faithfulness and stewardship operating mightily in my life, in every area of my life. Help me be faithful with the gifts and talents You’ve given me. I thank You that You will bless me with more. More for You, more for Your kingdom, more to reach others. I declare I’m a faithful man. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
