“The soul of a lazy man strong desires, and has nothing; But the soul of the diligent shall be made rich” Proverbs 13:4, NKJV.
Our new year can easily look like the last one. If we give the same effort, we will have the same year. Laziness can keep us right where we are. It will rob you of moving into something new, because it took effort. It will take the effort you didn’t expect. It will take your effort of faith. God is placing something new in your heart that He wants you to step into in your life, a new level, a new prayer and study life, a new idea, and you must move into it. Don’t continue doing the same things you’ve been doing. If allowed, laziness and procrastination could very well rob you of one of the greatest blessings and seasons of your life. Don’t give it place in your life.
Prayer: Father, thank You for speaking to me today. Help me not put in not only the physical effort, but also the effort of faith. It’s outside of what I’m used to, but, Lord, I thank You for helping me do it. Helping me step out and do it. Help me not walk in any kind of laziness. I will step into this new place, and I thank You for experiencing the greatest season of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen!

Dear God please pray for me while I’m going thru hard times people close to me using me for what I can do for them and when I can’t I get treated like I’m nothing please father pray and help me through this pain… in Jesus name I pray…. Amen
Father I come to u asking u don’t let laziness get to me having me scared to be alone when I move having me thinking im going to fail. Father I come to u saying I not letting fear hold me back nomore im not letting me be scared to be alone hold me back this my season and laziness don’t live here nomore thank u father for blessing with my new home thank u for u being here for me I love u father through tough times and good.
Lord, I think you that laziness has not come my way. I pray that you would continue to keep me focus on you, my faith and the things that you want me to do. Help me to do the things that you would have for me to do. I’m so grateful for your love and your guidance In Jesus name Amen
