“It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life” John 6:63, NKJV.

God’s word was given to us, not only to be thought upon but spoken and declared, even when we don’t feel like who He says we are, or when challenges arise. Because God’s word has life, we will even face opposition from the enemy when we consider agreeing with God. The Lord maintains everything by the power of His word, which is forever settled in Heaven, and God wants them to be forever settled in you.

Things will change for you not based on your feelings, but because God said they will! No matter how you feel, or what you are facing, speak His word. Dig deep in your faith and speak the word. It may feel pointless at first, but speak it by faith, and watch joy rise in you, and life, strength, and encouragement will powerfully come.

Confession: Feelings come and go, but I will speak God’s word. I declare according to Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength! No weapon formed against me, my family, my health, or my finances will prosper. God is for me, and on my side. I will not give in to pressure, but I will keep moving forward by faith in God. I am a victorious man through Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
