Keep Going

July 14, 2020

“Now it happened, on a certain day, that He got into a boat with His disciples. And He said to them, ‘Let us cross over to the other side of the lake.’ And they launched out.” Luke 8:22, NKJV.

Sometimes, everything isn’t going to look like you want it to look. It won’t be how you would like it to be. Yet, those are the times you have to keep going until it does.

You can take your towel and wipe your sweat with it. You can take your towel and wipe your tears with it. But don’t throw it in.
Storms may come, and the winds may blow but have a made-up mind that you are going to the other side. You are going to have what God said you will have. You are going to be the man that God has called you to be. Your finances will be well. Your family will thrive.
Let the memories of your last victory encourage your faith for the next one (John 6:12), and you keep going. If He said it, He’s going to do it.

Prayer: Father, I thank You and praise You. You are the Almighty God, powerful and awesome in all Your ways. I say I see my victory already. I choose to walk like a man of God today. I ask for a deep rest about it all. Let my heart be after only you, Jesus. I will keep going. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
