“But You, O Lord, are a shield for me, my glory and the One who lifts up my head. I cried to the Lord with my voice, and He heard me from His holy hill. I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the Lord sustained me” Psalm 3:3-5, NKJV.
I love how God always meets us where we are. Whether our head is down and we don’t know how to lift it up. If we are fighting through internal struggles. When we recognize that we need to obey Him and require help in surrendering to it. When we feel like we need to get back on track, I’m thankful the Lord will meet us right where we are.
The Lord is meeting you right now. Receive it. He’s meeting you with mercy, strength, wisdom, and grace. He is extending His hand of help and comfort. You are waking up in the morning, and the Lord is confirming He is with you. You are never forsaken. You are His son, and He is your everlasting Father. He will meet you right where you are.
Prayer: Father, I thank You for Your great mercy and grace toward me. Meet me right where I am. Deal with my heart. Deal with any sin. As You extend Your hand of help, I lift my head. I will always rise because you supernaturally pick me up. You are good, and I thank you for that. I would never stay where I am because you always meet me where I am. Move in a great way in my life today. In Jesus’ name, amen!
